Rule:

"If it's made of real wood and not painted with lead paint, it goes in."

⚠️ CONTAMINATION = FEES

Containers with >10% trash get charged:
- $650 Base Reload Fee – 1st Occurrence
- $1,000 Base Reload Fee – 2nd Occurrence within 90 days
- + Actual landfill dump fees (receipt attached)
- + $85/hr sort labor if needed (2hr minimum)

We send date-stamped photos before we bill. Net 30 terms. 10% debris max.

Flexible Service

Call or submit online. Tell us your jobsite location and timeline. We schedule container delivery within 24 to 48 hours across the entire Valley of the Sun. (Tucson, Flagstaff, Payson coming soon)

DELIVERY

We Deliver & Swap

We drop a clean 40-yard container at your site. Fill it with pallets, lumber scraps, or demo wood. When full, call us—we swap it for an empty one.

RECYCLING

We Recycle It

We haul away and process 100% of the wood waste into mulch, biomass fuel, or reusable lumber. You get LEED documentation. Zero landfill. Zero cost.
